This is a really happy situation for her to be in, particularly in the present economic climate and she is really thankful for all the extra work. Last week, she had a training seminar and the room was so packed there were not enough computers for everyone to work on. She realises that she needs to make somee changes in order to make sure that situations like this do not happen again. She will be the first to admit that if you do not project the right image in a business then you may ultimately lose a lot since first impressions really do count.
